The agreement between you and bfree when you use our service.

Please read these terms before subscribing. By creating an account and subscribing to bfree, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
bfree is an online coaching and educational programme for people who experience skin picking (dermatillomania). We provide structured content, guidance, and community support to help people understand and manage their picking behaviour.
bfree is not a medical service and does not provide clinical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Our programme is an educational and self-help resource.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to bfree. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
bfree is intended for people who want to understand and reduce their skin picking behaviour. It is not appropriate as a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional support.
bfree is offered as a self-paced programme. Pricing and billing terms will be confirmed when the programme launches, and the current price is always shown clearly before you complete any purchase.
Payment is collected monthly in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
If we change the subscription price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any increase takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
When you cancel, you will retain access to bfree until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

Because bfree provides immediate access to digital content, we are not required to offer refunds once you have accessed the programme. However, we handle refund requests fairly:
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please do not share your account with others. Each subscription is for a single user.

All content on the bfree website and within the programme, including text, audio, video, graphics, and the programme structure, is owned by or licensed to bfree. It is protected by copyright.
Your subscription gives you personal, non-transferable access to the programme for as long as you are a subscriber. You may not:
bfree is an educational and coaching programme, not a clinical service. Nothing within bfree constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. bfree is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical care.

To the extent permitted by law, bfree's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
We aim to keep bfree available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. If we anticipate extended downtime, we will let you know in advance.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of bfree after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not accept the updated terms, you can cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of bfree will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
